01 Surfing the waves in the heart of the city SRF Park TLV, Tel Aviv The SRF Park TLV is a huge artificial lagoon surfing complex. The size of about three soccer fields, it is located inside Tel Aviv’s Menachem Begin Park, and is divided into two wave pools, each containing 14.5 thousand m 3 of water. An advanced technological system produces and creates 25 types of waves at a rate of up to

700 waves per hour of varying heights and speeds. The park also has a Billabong store and a wellness wing, offering yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness meditation classes, as well as health, lifestyle, and fitness workshops. Visitors, whether here to surf or not, can enjoy coffee, pastries, stone oven baked pizzas, cocktails, beer, and more, at the Dorian Café that overlooks the lagoon. Entrance to the park is free for non-surfers.
