How did you start working at EL AL? “I joined EL AL straight after the army, proudly walking in the footsteps of my grandfather z”l who was an inspiring figure throughout my life and who spent 54 years working for the company”. What does your position entail? “I head a team of VIP customer account managers who ensure our VIP customers receive the highest standard of personalized care at every step of their flight experience. I take care of unexpected issues and challenges, and make sure we provide the most professional and effective service, particularly in complicated times, such as during the pandemic or the war”. What do you love about your job? “The direct contact I have with our customers, particularly our premium

customers, who expect the highest level of service. It’s very satisfying to be able to solve complex issues in real time. I want to be able to positively influence a customer’s flight experience and build long term trust”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “Responding to unexpected challenges - which demands the highest level of professionalism and sensitivity, and the ability to adapt to each customer’s personal needs and specificities”. What do you always pack with you ? “Earphones and a music player”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “France. My grandfather was EL AL’s station manager in France, which is partly why it is such a special

place for me. Also, I love skiing in the Alps or visiting the beautiful French countryside”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I love exploring new places and meeting new people”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d probably be a travel agent”.
