How did you start working at EL AL? “As I was boarding the plane before my big post-army trip, I saw the EL AL ground stewardesses at the airport and just knew it’s what I wanted to do when I got back. And I did – it was my first post in the company”. What does your position entail? "I take care of sales and flight operations for large groups, which entails the close accompaniment of the group from the sales phase to the group's return to Israel. The Group Sales Department is a key part of the company that works extensively both with travel agencies and business companies". What do you love about your job? "I like the variety in terms of the customers I work with and achieving

the best possible result for each and every one of them". Which part of your job do you find most challenging? "My job requires providing solutions in limited time. A lot of collaborative work goes into this, with many different departments. Creative solutions need to be come up with fast, and I find that both challenging and fascinating". What do you always pack with you? “My blow-dryer, perfume, and makeup bag”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “Athens. It’s got it all: shopping, great food, great nightlife – and it’s relatively cheap”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I love playing

tennis, going out with my friends and my boyfriend”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d definitely be working in Customer Success”.

Tourist Attraction: The Hobbiton in New Zealand. It’s the movie set where the Lord of the Rings trilogy was filmed and it’s a magical place to visit.

Restaurant: The Sangsom, in the Thai island of Koh Pha-ngan. It serves fantastic Thai food and a particularly great mango-avocado-cherry tomato salad.

Hotel: The Astor, in Athens. It’s close to everything, the rooms are big and very clean.
