How did you start working at Sundor? “After years of working in the EL AL and Airtour reservations department, I started working for the Sundor reservations department in 2006”. What does your position entail? “Part of my job is overseeing special Sundor charter flights for a variety of customers, including Israeli sports teams on their way to play abroad, or customers flying to music shows. My team and I ensure the smooth running of operations from the passenger’s arrival to the airport to takeoff, and do everything we can so that our customers have the best flight experience possible”. What do you most love about your job? “I love how dynamic and collaborative it is. We always do our

best to ensure our customers feel special, adding personal touches when we can, gifting football scarves to supporters on their way to a game for instance”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “The dynamic nature of the aviation field means there are always going to be unexpected changes, and I am involved in figuring out solutions to the problems that arise”. What do you always pack with you? “My hair cream which I buy on the flight duty free (as I recommend doing!), a notebook, and an extra phone charger”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “My parents made Aliyah from the US and my extended family still lives

there, so it’s always fun to go back and visit them in Boston and in New York, my second home. Larnaca is a Sundor destination I enjoy flying to for relaxing weekends away – it’s close by and the food is great”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “Meet up with friends, go to the theatre, cafés, and watch Netflix shows at home”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d probably be doing the same job at a different

airline or travel agency – did I mention I’m totally hooked?”
