Bringing Change from Within |

As Israel’s Flag Carrier, proudly displaying the country’s flag on our aircraft tails, we place great importance on contributing to the community, fostering social involvement, and encouraging our employees to support Israeli society. This year, the beautiful spirit of Israeli society shone brightly, and EL AL’s compassion and dedication were also evident. We provided assistance to evacuated citizens, bereaved families, the injured, lone soldiers, and various IDF units. In a special conference held in July, we paused to recognize and offer heartfelt thanks to our incredible team members who stood up for their community during the Iron Swords War. new Social Leadership structure. This structure, comprising over 40 EL AL employees who volunteered to lead social and community initiatives across our various divisions, is a

testament to our commitment to social responsibility. We thank our teams, who continue to lead, influence, and be integral to the nation’s unity and story.

M&H distillery takes off with EL AL |
