Onami I The Hilton Tel Aviv
Onami is a Tel Aviv foodie institution. Its Ha’Arbaa St. establishment is this year celebrating 25 years of activity. Last spring, a kosher sister-Onami opened its doors in the lobby of the Hilton Tel Aviv, on the city’s glamorous seafront HaYarkon St. Chef Roy Sofer, who started his professional life in the kitchens of a Japanese restaurant, was chosen to helm the kitchen here thanks to his expertise in Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques.
