Bún chá | A Vietnamese culinary experience Haifa’s Talpiot market has become a haven for foodies. You can find almost every type of cuisine under the sun, from gourmet food to hummus, to Asian fusion. Bún ch ả is an exciting new addition to the Haifa food scene. It serves Vietnamese cuisine - a world of flavors Haifa foodies are less familiar with. The word ‘bún’ refers to the flagship dish, a noodle bowl dish hailing from Hanoi. Here it is served with either crispy chicken, fried fish, or tofu and eggplant in sweet-and-sour sauce.
