She invites guests to come and enjoy the Persian, Iraqi, and Moroccan food of her childhood, that she cooks with great passion in her home in Beit She’an. Authentic Persian music plays in the background, as she hosts her special three-course dinners that include various salads and dips, stuffed vine leaves, gondi soup, beetroot kubbeh soup, and more. Make sure you leave some space for the exceptional Beit She’an doughnut. bishulilim.com
Taama Pâtisserie Not just croissants
they produce is sweetly scented, full bodied in flavor and very pleasant to drink. Aromatic herbs are added to the date alcohol, which is then used to make beer, gin, and arak, which can all be purchased on-site or ordered online. Visitors are invited to tour the distillery and take part in a guided tasting session. And in case you were wondering why it’s called Zoara, the answer is it’s named after the Latin name of the ancient city of Tzoar, one of the five cities of the Dead Sea plain mentioned in the Book of Genesis, also known as the ‘city of dates’. jordanspirits.com/zoara-distillery
