The Shevet Brewery Neighborhood beer garden

Shevet Brewery is a High-Tech based distillery-brewery that uses cutting edge machinery to produce its beer and spirits. Five flagship beers have been developed to date, each one distinct from the other, and spanning from lager, tradition ales, and specialty limited edition beers. The brewery’s spacious beer garden is open in the evenings and offers all kinds of draft beers, aside a variety of food stalls, such as one selling excellent Neapolitan pizza (Meow Pizza). Upon his return to Israel, Hania chose Pardes Hanna to launch his coffee cart, Blooms Fresh Coffee. Nowadays, it is

parked in the Hayadit quarter, where cafés, boutiques, and art studios abound. The café’s flagship drink is Hania’s cold brew, which he prepares himself, at home.
