Yossi Shitrit, Hiba, Tel Aviv The most beautiful restaurant in the world

When the prestigious design magazine "Interior Design" named Tel Aviv eatery Hiba "the most beautiful fine dining restaurant in the world for the year 2023", this is how they

described it: "like the fusion Mediterranean food served here, Hiba, designed by Pitsou Kedem Architects, reveals itself to the eye, bit by bit: after entering through a heavy wooden door, guests are first led through an elegant corridor before reaching the 40-seat dining space, where intricate wooden dividers, inspired by Islamic architecture, pepper the stylized space". Diners lucky enough to have experienced the aesthetic and culinary experience that is Hiba, will no doubt agree with the magazine's choice. The menu, created by Chef Yossi Shitrit, is composed of delicate dishes inspired both by modern Israeli cuisine, and the traditional Moroccan flavors of his childhood. The restaurant's open kitchen adds a theatrical touch to the dining experience, rendering it evermore memorable.
