What led you to join EL AL? “My father worked at EL AL, so after my military service it felt natural to come and work here as a passenger service agent. My plan was to stay on for five years and move on, but there’s a special charm to this company, and I’ve been working here for 32 years now”. What does your position entail? “I manage the support and logistics service center that provides EL AL workers with IT assistance both in Israel and abroad”. What do you most love about your job? “I love the dynamic nature of providing assistance to EL AL employees all over the world, as well as the challenges that come with finding solutions as fast as possible using the most cutting-edge technologies in the aviation world”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “Being as updated as possible on the latest tech novelties, ensuring the smooth running of operations across the company and making sure all EL AL employees work with the most comfortable and advanced computing infrastructure. We are commited to provide the highest

quality of service to ensure our passengers keep flying EL AL”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “Paris, obviously! It’s always fun to go back there and wander through the romantic alleyways, enjoy delicious macarons, and take in the magical atmosphere”. What do you always pack with you? “A phone and a phone charger”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I study for my degree in education and social studies specializing in managing and leadership. I get huge satisfaction from my studies. I also like to read novels and spend time with friends”. What would you be doing now had you not joined EL AL ? “I’d probably be in teaching”.
