Lifestyle I Food & Drink

Moran Slow Dining | Kibbutz Moran Kibbutz Moran is located in the Lower Galilee, between Akko and the Sea of Galilee. There you’ll find a charming little guest house called Slowness. Its restaurant, Slow Dining, is open to guest house guests and non-guests alike. The menu includes wonderful brunches and lovely heartwarming dinners. The products used, mostly come from local organic agriculture. The restaurant’s chef, Chef Nitai Yahalom, born and bred in Kibbutz Moran, has come back home to practice his art after years working in various Eyal Shani establishments. True to his master’s teachings, Yahalom places vegetables, fruit, and fish at the center of his cooking (the restaurant doesn’t serve meat), and the cooking techniques are traditional and designed to bring out maximum flavor and freshness. The beautiful pastoral landscapes that surround the restaurant add to the peace and simplicity of the meal. Kibbutz Moran, slow-ness.com
