Two years after assuming the role of chef, the young, talented Guy Arish turned his focus at Mashya to brunch. Inspired by fermentation and sophisticated cooking techniques used in Michelin-starred Nordic restaurants (having studied at Noma in Copenhagen), Arish uses the highest quality of local ingredients to create a Mediterranean palate that reflects the new Israeli kitchen in its full glory. Indulge in a rich buffet featuring sourdough bread and tempting pastries, cheeses from a boutique dairy, pickled fish, salami and cold meat, and spreads and salads, which will all whet your appetite. The main dishes offer an original twist on classic dishes: For example, the “Mashya Benedict” includes cubes of brioche topped with a soft-boiled egg and Hollandaise sauce, or grilled avocado on rye bread with a soft boiled egg and cream.
