What led you to join EL AL? "I started out working at EL AL’s Jerusalem branch when I was at university studying Law and fell in love with the company. It was the place I wanted to be and grow. I took on several roles along the years but since 2016 I’ve been heading the company’s corporate division. I was proud to be the first woman to have filled this position, to prove that women are great managers who know how to reach goals through emotional connection, empathy, and mutual respect, be it with employees, managers, or customers”. What does your position entail? “Our division is responsible for recruiting new business customers so as to obtain better prices and

conditions for the company. We also deal with other travel companies, travel agents, and end customers. Business customers are well aware of their value, so the level of expectation is high”. What do you most like about your job? “Our job at the division, is to provide tailor-made deals for each customer, and we take pride and pleasure in getting it done as fast, professionally, and effectively as possible”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “The biggest challenge we are faced with is the extreme competitiveness of our industry. New players are constantly showing up, forcing us to stay alert, and ready to respond in real time, adapt our products to the everchanging market, be creative and aware of business customer preferences, so that we always stay our customers’ number one choice. I believe with all my heart that the key to success is respect-based, ego-free teamwork”. What do you always have in your suitcase? "My AirTag device". Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why ? “If I have to choose just one of our many amazing destinations, I choose New York. There’s nothing

like going shopping in the Big Apple. I love the 5 th Ave. stores and taking coffee breaks on its benches along the way”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I spend time with my wonderful family and friends, go on weekend breaks to nearby EL AL destinations, enjoy good food, and take walks in nature”. What would you be doing now had you not joined EL AL? “I have no doubt I would have been a doctor”. Tips & Recommendations • The best tip I can give to those who love going shopping, is to shop with a carry-on. When I go shopping abroad, I always take mine with me so as to avoid dragging lots of bags around.

• Another tip I have is for those who may be going to Limassol. The Amara hotel there is incredible. It has its own private beach, exceptional

restaurants, a spa, and the service is excellent.
