For over a decade, EL AL has been involved in various ESG (environmental, social and governance) endeavors, collaborating with NGOs and promoting social and humanitarian objectives. As a member of “Maala”, a comprehensive organization for businesses committed to ESG work, EL AL participates in a variety of social initiatives in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, special needs, welfare, health, food

rescue, at-risk youth, mental health, supporting the security forces, Zionism and Aliya, etc. Investing responsibly Ayelet Recanati has been with EL AL for 28 years, working in various positions, notably as manager of HR.
