Pitmaster, Hutzot Alonim Mall Medieval banquets and juggling acts

Two tons of meat per week, a taboon that goes up to 600°C and jolly banquets in which total strangers become best friends bonding over huge steaks and beef brisket. Pitmaster is a meat lover’s paradise, where not only superb cuts of meat are served in abundance, they are also juggled with for effect. Diners are invited to sit next to each other at long banquet tables, as the pitmaster conducts his symphony of smoked and roasted meats, dishing out brisket and steak like there’s no tomorrow: picanha, chuck short ribs, asado, flat iron steak, and more and more and more. The juggling show is broadcast on giant screens covering the restaurant walls, so that diners sitting at the back don’t miss a juicy drop of it either, as bouncy music plays in the background. One of the owners, Oren Reuveni, a former combat pilot currently working as a pilot for EL AL, is an absolute expert on meat roasting. The Petach Tikvha Pitmaster branch has recently acquired a little sister, with the recent opening of the new Hutzot Alonim branch, much to the delight of the carnivores of Emek Yisrael.
