You could spend three days here without feeling the need to go anywhere else, but there are dozens of attractions and trek trails to explore in the area, starting with the Golan trail that crosses the kibbutz through to Mount Bental. There are natural springs, a deer farm, and another trail named in honor of the spy Eli Cohen. The Ein Zivan Village Resort Chocolate, wine, and everything in between Last year, there was so much snow in Kibbutz Ein Zivan that it had to go into a two-day lockdown. The snow had painted everything white and the guests staying at the resort felt as though they were holidaying in an Alpine village. The snow is one of the reasons Ein Zivan has become a tourism empire, but it’s also a gourmet’s dream come true. Right beside the resort, there’s an artisanal chocolate boutique, two wineries, a whiskey and brandy distillery, a pizza food truck, a hummus bar, delivery sushi, and a bakery that has made such a name for itself, people come far and wide to taste its croissants.

The Sade Aromatic lavender farm Ruth Sade’s aromatic farm spreads across 5 acres of land. It is mostly composed of lavender fields that turn the landscape purple in the summer. There are guided tours where visitors learn about the use of aromatic herbs in perfumes and see the extraction process of essential oils, as well as take part in flower arrangement workshops. Picnic baskets can be ordered and enjoyed in the nearby oak forest.
