Zuk Farm, Tel Aviv Artisan charcuterie

Helmed by Chef Assaf Shenhar, this first-rate meat restaurant has been delighting local carnivores for many years now. When the pandemic struck, Shenhar got the idea to launch a hamburger shop called “Zuzik”, garnering great success. Once the lockdown-induced havoc subsided, Zuk Farm reopened, going back to business as usual, serving top-quality cuts of meat, artisan charcuterie, steak and eggs, salads, and kids’ meals. Once every two weeks, Shenhar organizes a special night on which he serves cuts that require meticulous technique and preparation, such as spicy guava glazed lamb spareribs and dry-aged smoked prime rib. zuk-farm.co.il

Marinado, Ein Gev Steak central

Marinado is famous for its grilled meats. The menu is rich and varied, with inventive first courses (heifer filet carpaccio or liver pâté for e.g.), and mains such as entrecôte steak, sirloin steak, and on-the-bone steak like porterhouse, prime rib, and tomahawk as well. Aside from steak, you’ll find braised short ribs, pulled beef slow-cooked for 9

hours, sausage platters, entrecôte hamburgers of the finest quality, and all accompanied by ice-cold local beer, or a glass of red wine.
