Golan Heights | Pereh A guided introduction to the region’s wines

Tel Aviv | Pop-Up wine bar For the love of wine His deep passion for wine led events producer Eyal Naor to transform his hospitality space Hederprati into a pop-up wine bar for a day. The initiative aims to give Israeli winemakers and importers a platform that will allow the public to increase its familiarity with the great wines and spirits on the market today. Guests can enjoy the wine of their choice at retail price (with an additional symbolic corkage fee), as they admire the beautiful view of the Tel Aviv coastline from the balcony. The menu, concocted by Hederprati chef Elad Ben-David, offers accessibly priced finger food delights, served in a relaxed easy-going atmosphere to the sound of an expertly curated playlist. hederprati.co.il Boutique hotel Pereh is situated in the heart of the Golan Heights, surrounded by breathtaking views of lush green valleys and hills. The hotel is composed of four main buildings which all used to serve as the region’s historic custom house established at the beginning of the last century. Pereh is a beautiful hotel with exquisite suites, a pool, an orchard, a spa, and a gourmet restaurant that celebrates regional flavors and craftsmanship. Sunday through Friday, there are wine tasting sessions that present regional wines paired with locally made cheese (at an additional cost), led by a sommelier specialized in Golan Heights wines. Participants learn about the history of winemaking in the region, and the specific flavors and aromas, unique to the wine made here. pereh.co.il/en/
