There’s a lot of action, and that’s the part I love the most.” How did you come to work at EL AL? “I began working as a security inspector at the EL AL station at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. I fell in love with the work at EL AL because of the dynamics and challenges on each flight, and when I returned to Israel, I transferred to the EL AL station at Ben Gurion International Airport. After lengthy and interesting training, I began my current position - a flight dispatcher in the control center.” What does your position entail? “The job includes flight planning from A to Z, including the flight path, checking the weather and various aviation restrictions, and debriefing the pilot crew. In addition, we also coordinate the company’s regular operational activity and respond to all the various entities inside and outside the company.” What do you love most about your

What is the most challenging part of working at EL AL? “The recent period posed several new challenges in the control center. The post-pandemic aviation world requires adaptation and daily learning; today, I think that is the main challenge. In the control center, together with the company’s entire staff, we work together to ensure passengers have a safe and pleasant flight experience.” What do you always have in your suitcase? “A swimsuit, of course; it’s always good to be prepared.” Which EL AL destination do you most love to fly to and why? “Paris!
