EL AL with Education!

Do not tell me That to fly all one needs is a pair of wings

"Nitzotzot - Shiur Acher" (in English: Sparks - a different lesson) is a non-profit organization that works to narrow socio-economic gaps within Israeli society. The organization integrates the knowledge, experience, and skills of the business sector into the educational system. In 2021-2022, 73 Israeli cities and over 200 schools, mainly in less advantaged parts of the country, benefitted from the organization’s aid and support. Over 17,000 pupils received teaching assistance in STEM subjects and took part in enrichment courses. EL-AL's personnel and pilots are also committed to participate in the effort to strengthen Israel's educational system and do their part in improving the lives of hundreds of schoolchildren.
