This service is currently provided free of charge • Only holders of Israeli passports are eligible for this service provided for each passenger upon reservation • One adult family member (Adult over 18 years of age) can come to the airport with the passports of all family members who are flying and complete the check-in procedure for the entire family • The service is offered on EL AL flights to North America, Thailand, South Africa, London Heathrow (LHR) and Paris • EL AL and/or the Israel Airport Authority are entitled to cancel and/or change the service at any time and at their sole discretion • Subject to the terms and conditions on the EL AL website • Errors and Omissions Excepted
