Life Style I Food

Food trucks I DNA

Entrepreneur Ran Dor Hai (the man behind Tel Aviv venues Whiskey Bar Museum and Lager and Ale) has recently launched a brand-new food court project called DNA, shepherded by chef Yossi Shitrit. DNA comprises four different food trucks, each helmed by a different reality tv star. Chef Tomas Zohar runs the Thai food truck, chef Jonathan Sharvit the Italian inspired one, chef Gabriel Israel the Mexican food one, and finally, chef Zori Agami is behind the luxury croissant sandwich truck. The idea is that people compose a plate with a few dishes from each of the trucks and enjoy them booths, or at the bar, where they may order a glass of wine or a cocktail from the DNA waiters.
