Why I Love Making This Recipe: Every Friday, I prepare Moroccan fish not just because it's delicious, but because it brings me back to my childhood. It reminds me of the warm, fragrant Friday dinners at my grandmother’s house — she was born in Morocco, and her kitchen was always filled with the rich aromas of spices and love. Cooking this dish helps me feel connected to her and to our family traditions. It’s my way of keeping her memory alive and passing on a beautiful legacy.
