Dear Customers, The world of aviation is evolving, and today’s travelers expect more: greater convenience, a more enjoyable experience and service tailored to their individual needs. I am proud to share a range of innovations and new features designed to take the EL AL travel experience to the next level. Two core principles guide us in everything we do: an uncompromising commitment to safety and security, and an ongoing dedication to providing our customers with an advanced, seamless and personalized travel experience. The innovations we have recently introduced, along with those we will launch in the coming months, are designed to enhance every stage of your journey, from planning your trip and arriving at the terminal to your time on board and beyond. As part of our enhanced digital experience, we have added new features to the EL AL app, providing real-time information and updates on the day of your flight. Self-service options at the terminal help streamline check-in and baggage drop-off, while boarding by zones across our global network creates a smoother and more efficient boarding experience. We are also elevating comfort on board. In collaboration with the Israeli brand TAKEANAP, we are enhancing the sleep experience, while our new luxury amenity kits, created in partnership with premium lifestyle brand Jo Malone London, bring an added touch of indulgence to the journey. Our culinary experience is evolving as well. Soon, we will introduce rich and diverse menus with an emphasis on wholesome meal options. In our luxury cabins, guests will also enjoy refreshed tableware and an enhanced selection of desserts. In 2027, we will introduce Starlink internet infrastructure, bringing EL AL passengers the fastest Wi-Fi in the skies. We will also soon launch an innovative in-flight entertainment system offering content tailored to your personal preferences, together with viewing recommendations and inspiration for your destination. Yet amid all this growth, innovation and technological progress, one thing remains unchanged: our people. They are the ones who truly make the difference.
