Located just next to surf pool, with views onto the lagoon, it offers a menu of healthy, post-workout dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, as well as healthy snacks such as açaí bowls, fresh pastries, sandwiches, pizzas, and more, as well as excellent coffee and soft drinks. The park’s stylish rooftop bar, the Lookout, is located just above the restaurant and makes for the perfect spot to wrap up a day of surfing with a glass of wine or a cocktail in front of the sunset, alongside a delicious sharing platter of fresh sashimi, meat based dishes, and more. The Dorian is open all week from 7am to 11pm, while the Lookout is open Tuesdays through Thursdays and Saturday evenings after 6pm. The Lookout also hosts private events. but also among people and families simply in search of a place to relax (there’s also a children’s play area), as well as remote workers looking for a place to work while enjoying the atmosphere and fresh air. A schedule indicates when to come for specific wave heights and speeds, giving everyone a chance to enjoy surf sessions that correspond to their skill level. You can bring your own surfboard or rent equipment and wetsuits onsite. There are surf classes as well as summer courses for surfers of all ages, and sessions dedicated to wounded soldiers and people dealing with mental health challenges as part of a special collaboration with various non-profit organizations.
