Here, everything is handmade, freshly baked, and assembled onsite: “nothing comes out of a freezer, ready-made”, says Hayo. “We wanted to create something unique, something you won’t find anywhere else”. You don’t really need a reason to come and spend time in Jerusalem – Israel’s beautiful capital offers the perfect combination of history, culture, good food and entertainment at the highest level all year round. But now it’s even official: Jerusalem won first place in the prestigious travel magazine Travel + Leisure competition in the “best cities in North Africa and the Middle East” category and was ranked seventh best tourist city in the world.
