Israel’s beautiful north is awake again after more than a year of war, and almost no tourists or visitors. Our heartfelt recommendation this month is to head over to the region’s capital, gorgeous Haifa, to support local businesses, forced to stay shut for so long, and to savor its wonderful vibrancy. The effervescence of its culinary scene, the quality of its hotels, historical sites, museums, markets, hidden corners, and breathtaking beaches, are a promise of endless excitement and discovery.
