As you walk along the
Mitzpe Ramon sits on the edge of the Ramon Crater, or Makhtesh Ramon, in the Negev Desert of southern Israel. A town of around 3,000 inhabitants, it has undergone a veritable renaissance these past years, with many new innovative and unique touristic initiatives and attractions opening in and around it. It is also the starting point for plenty of incredible hikes that explore the Negev Desert.
