Inaugurated this summer, it sprawls across 90 dunams of land along the museum’s western side and offers not only charming green expanses, but archeological installations as well, including the reconstruction of an ancient oil press. A new Jewish culture and folklore center has also been inaugurated inside the historical building, that underwent a thorough restoration process. Now, it showcases Judaica objects, as well as ethnographic and folkloric artefacts. Visitors will also have the pleasure of exploring the museum’s planetarium, fruit trees, lawns, shaded seating areas, and simply have the opportunity to get some rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. Entrance is free. Open from 8am to 6pm, eretzmuseum.org.il
