be performing with his trio on December 24 th with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. The show, called “Two roses”, will include contemporary jazz compositions and some of Cohen’s original arrangements to Hebrew and Ladino songs. With the orchestra adding an extra layer to Cohen’s signature sound, the result promises to be a powerful and intimate musical experience. ˆ Eliyahu hosting Berry Sakharof and Daniel Zamir, and the list goes on. During the festival, a photo exhibition of works by photographer Yossi Zwecker will be open to the public. And like every year, the traditional jam session will take place at the Agamim hotel. musicians and getting inspired by them. Of course, they know practicing is important to become a good musician, but there’s nothing like acquiring experience playing live. And staying humble. Without humility you can’t progress. Jazz is a music genre that developed among a certain type of people, musicians who liked challenging themselves, who always kept their hearts and ears open.
