How did you start working at EL AL? “I’d always been interested in the aviation world, so when a friend told me she’d sent in her resume, I thought I’d do the same. I wanted to work around other young people, in a warm and friendly environment so that I’d be happy to get up in the morning to go to work”. What does your position entail? “As a senior knowledge support representative, I work with customer service representatives to help them find solutions to problems, answer their questions, and even support them emotionally when needed. I also lead management calls with customers, as well as train new representatives”. What do you most love about your job? “I love being there to support the customer service representatives. Before I became a senior knowledge

support representative, I would always call support knowing they’d do everything to help me find a solution to whatever challenge I was having, and now it’s my turn to do the same for others". Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “There are many different kinds of challenges that arise each day, and it’s essential to think out of the box in order to find solutions. Since the start of the war, there have been numerous cases of Israelis trying to get back to Israel due to tragic circumstances, such as the death of a loved one, and despite many difficulties, we need to help them find a flight as soon as possible, even if it’s on a flight that isn’t listed as purchasable. In these difficult times, it’s essential to be sensitive to our customers’ needs and help in any way we can”.

What do you always pack with you? “My make up bag”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “New York. It’s a place that offers a feeling of total freedom. Such a big city, with millions of people in it, and yet you can be on your own and have fun". What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I love traveling and spending time with family and friends. I also make jewelry and do make up at events when I find the time”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d probably be working as a stylist or in fashion marketing”.
