What led you to join EL AL? “On a flight back from New York a few months after military service, I was fascinated by the flight crew and decided I wanted to be one of them”. What does your position entail? “It’s a mix of things: building an inflight products catalogue, being in touch with suppliers, advancing ideas for exclusive new products to add to the catalogue, analyzing sales and promoting products onboard and online. As service manager, when I board a plane, I’m in charge of every aspect of inflight service, including security, managing the crew, the smooth-running of meal service, duty-free product sales, and providing a response to any

service-related requests”. What do you most love about your job? “I love providing customers with the best care I can. I’m always enthusiastic about reaching as many people as possible, be it via the catalogue, or in person”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “Being synchronized with all the other departments. Our job is to work together in order to provide our customers with the ultimate flight experience”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “New York, Los Angeles, and Bangkok. I love the diversity they offer. Each city produces a different effect on me. What do you always pack with you?

“Coffee and biscuits, gym clothes, and a dress”. What would you be doing now had you not joined EL AL? “Architecture. While working for EL AL, I studied and obtained two degrees, one in interior design at the Holon Technology Institute, and one in architecture at the Ariel University. I’ve dreamt of designing homes since I was a little girl. But I remain deeply rooted to EL AL”.
