Lights and Music show High Light Jlm

High Light Jlm is a spectacular laser show of lights and sounds projected across the Jerusalem skies. The show tells the story of the city through two laser beams, one projected from the city and the other from the promenade, as they intertwine and move according to the original music composed to sensitively illustrate the city’s history through its myriad motifs, cultures, and religions, with sounds of the Hassidic clarinet, the Arab violin, flamenco, and traditional Israeli music. Three different sequences recount the story of Jerusalem, one telling a story of light, another of peace, and the third, the story of eternal prayer and harmony, together embodying the message that in tomorrow’s Jerusalem, there will be place for everyone, peace will prevail, and prayers will be heard. The show is 20 minutes-long, open to the public free of charge, and doesn’t require prior reservation.
