For more than a hundred years, kings, statesmen, writers, and artists have crossed the beautiful marble floors of Jerusalem’s King David Hotel. Now, the hotel walls have grown to include a new American steakhouse under the direction of Chef Roy Antebi. Antebi has
come up with a menu that’s filled with premium choice cuts of local Holstein beef. The cuts are aged at least 30 days so as to obtain a marbled look and deep flavors. They’re served as juicy steaks together with excellent sides (the fries are absolutely spectacular),
though the menu includes vegetable and fish dishes as well. The drinks menu includes great Israeli wine and classic cocktails. Service is impeccable and the décor is chic and elegant. The King David Hotel, 23 King David st. Jerusalem, danhotels.co.il
