VP Finance Taboola | ירון קנטי Kaneti brings over 16 years of experience in M&A's, IPO of Taboola (NASDAQ: TBLA), shaping and leading financial operations for technology companies. Kaneti joined Taboola in April 2014 as the company's Director of Finance, and in March 2018 he became the company's VP of Finance. Kaneti is responsible for managing Taboola’s financial functions including Accounting, Budget, Treasury, Taxes, Internal Controls and the world-wide operational activities, supporting the company’s continued growth and success. From 2010 to 2013, Kaneti served as VP Finance at RRsat Global Communications, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ:RRST) that provides global digital media services to the broadcast industry. This followed his position as the company’s Corporate Controller, which he held for 3.5 years. Prior to that, served as a Controller at Tadiran Telecom, a provider of IP business telephony and telecommunications solutions. Kaneti, CPA, holds a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University. CEO and Head of Global Banking HSBC Israel | מייקל ישראל Michael Israel joined HSBC in April 2001 with the commencement of HSBC operations in Israel. He currently serves as CEO and Head of HSBC Global Banking in Israel. Prior to his current position Israel was based in London where he headed the CEE / CIS Investment Banking coverage for HSBC, in additional to his role as Head of Global Banking advisory Israel. Prior to HSBC, Michael Israel was Managing Director at Poalim Capital Markets (IB subsidiary of Israel’s largest bank) where he was Head of the Underwriting Department. Michael Israel has a BA in Economics and an MBA (Finance) from Tel Aviv University.
