CFO Panaya | אמיר קביאטקובסקי Amir Kviatkovsky is a seasoned CFO with vast experience in global leading high-tech, SaaS and medical device companies. As Chief Financial Officer at Panaya, Amir Kviatkovsky is responsible for leading the company’s finance organization & operations and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team. Kviatkovsky holds MBA from Tel Aviv University and is Certified Public Accountant.

VP Finance Verbit | ארז כהן קייזר Erez Cohn Kaiser is currently the VP of Finance for Verbit.ai. Since 2018, he has led the Company's finance function as the business scaled from 40 to more than 1,000 employees, alongside revenue run-rate growth from $1M to more than $85M. Cohn Kaiser established the financial department from the ground up, focusing on IPO readiness while holding a broad Executive leadership role overseeing FP&A, Reporting & Accounting, Legal, Finance Operations, Information Systems Strategy, and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Verbit, Cohn Kaiser was the Chief Accounting Officer and Group Corporate Controller of Emilia Development (TLV: EMDV). He led the reporting and regulations IPO preparation on behalf of Chemovil Group as part of Emilia Development's group merger and a public offering, and managed the subsequent financial PMI for two significant acquired/merged holding companies (representing more than 1 billion NIS of revenues). Before Emilia Development, Erez Cohn Kaiser served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte. Cohn Kaiser is a licensed CPA in Israel. He has supported numerous high-growth companies through their local and global strategic business development. Before joining PwC, Preminger served as a partner and high-tech practice leader at Arthur Andersen Israel. Guy Preminger, CPA, Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration, awarded by the Israel College of Management, and also studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Ben Gurion University.
