NOV 2024 Bodleian Library Tour

Sandra and Raymond Dwek hosted a day in Oxford for the BGU UK Board of Trustees and recent Halutz participants, featuring a private tour of the Bodleian Library that showcased rare Jewish texts. Prof. Daniel Chamovitz later spoke at Oxford Brookes University.

NOV 2024 Tribute Brunch, Philadelphia The Tribute Brunch remains a signature event for A4BGU’s Philadelphia and Delaware Chapters. Held at Har Zion Temple, this year’s event honored Robert Pincus (Delaware Chapter) and the BGU-Philadelphia Academic Bridge Board. Over 100 guests attended, with remarks by A4BGU CEO Doug Seserman and a keynote by U.S. Representative

elect Sarah McBride. Delaware and Philadelphia-based A4BGU contributors of $1,800 or greater attended a Kick-Off event in September, this time hosted by Sherrie Savett, Esq. with guest speaker BGU Professor Emeritus Fred Lazin. A Patron Party before the main event took place in October at a private home, with Doug Seserman as the featured speaker.
