 International students from the summer programs in Global Health and Business Intelligence on a tour of Beer-Sheva's Old City

175 international postdocs, as well as 472 overseas students in short programs.

 The Holiday of Holidays, celebrating the December festivals of the three monotheistic religions, was marked for the first time on campus

About 100 BGU students participated in student exchange programs. The most popular destinations were Italy, Germany and Canada. The Bengis Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation hosted several international hackathons with students from SKEMA Business School in France and Penn State University in the US. The Bengis Center also hosted two week-long intensive international programs , one with 22 Colombian MBA students from Pontificia Javeriana University , who were introduced to elements of the Israeli innovation ecosystem, and one with 18 Danish students from University College Absalon and UCL University College .

INTERNATIONALIZATION All six BGU faculties and all fields offer a PhD in English, and 22 master's programs currently offer courses in English. Altogether, 459 courses in English were provided last year.
