Naftali  That means either your evening shower or eating two dates. We want to reduce the use of water, so we can use the same amount of water to growmore dates – more crop per drop. Our research addresses the issue of irrigation scheduling: finding the optimal quantity and frequency of water application. And we also develop sensors that monitor the

plant and check what is going on in the soil, how the plant is doing, how fast it is growing. Ultimately, we enjoy eating delicious dates from the Negev.
