DEC 2025 Swiss Friends Host Annual Gala in Geneva Nearly 400 guests attended the annual gala in Geneva on December 9, 2025, celebrating BGU’s academic excellence and impact in southern Israel.

Arthur Essebag spoke about publicly supporting Israel after October 7, and a student fair showcased cutting-edge research projects.

DEC 2025 Building Connections in São Paulo Two events in São Paulo

introduced Ben-Gurion University of the Negev to the local Jewish community. A public program at Kehilat Shalom featured VP Jeff Kaye, a screening of Who Are the Marcuses? , and a conversation with Ellen Marcus. Ronie Terni shared his Halutz experience. An earlier gathering hosted by Marcelo Steuer strengthened local partnerships.
