PRESIDENT'S REPORT 2026

Investments in scholarships, research initiatives, leadership development programs, and the continued development of our campuses, all moved forward. Our lay leadership development programs – the Zin Fellows Leadership Program , launched by A4BGU in 2012 and the Halutz Initiative for Global Leadership, launched in 2021 by the BOG Global Development Committee – are bearing fruit and continue to grow. The programs connect emerging leaders from around the world with the University’s mission and cultivate long-term ambassadors for BGU and the development of the Negev. Graduates of the programs are assuming leadership positions in their home countries, and in some cases, reviving or creating the foundations for new organizations, extending the global BGU family to new parts of the world.
